Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window: Patients are required to provide a minimum notice of four (4) hours before their scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule without incurring any charges. Late Cancellations: If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than four (4) hours prior to the appointment, the patient will be charged the full amount of the appointment fee. No-shows: In the event of a "no-show," where a patient fails to appear for their appointment without any prior notice or cancellation, the full amount of the appointment fee will be charged.
